So Much More than a Teaching Team!
Magaly Suárez is an exceptional dance professional with over 30 years of international experience. She graduated with honors as a Dancer and a Teacher from the Cuban National Ballet School in 1980. Ms. Suárez had the opportunity to teach for nineteen years at the Cuban National Ballet School. She later founded and became the Artistic Director of the Cuban Classical Ballet of Miami (CCBM) from 2006 until December 2009, where she staged full ballets such as Carmen, Giselle, Le Corsaire, The Nutcracker, Paquita and Swan Lake. She has also worked with Cincinnati Ballet, Corella Ballet, Morphoses, Orlando Ballet, the Carreno Dance Festival and the International Festival of Miami. On her quest to form quality ballet dancers, Ms. Suárez developed her own teaching methodology, based on the Cuban Ballet School. She is an expert in classical ballet technique and all classical repertoire. Ms. Suárez has coached many dancers for international ballet competitions such as the Prix de Lausanne and World Ballet Competition, in addition to having trained dancers currently holding principal and soloist positions in the finest US, European, and Latin American dance companies including San Francisco Ballet and Dutch National Ballet. Currently, Ms. Suárez is the owner and Director of The Art of Classical Ballet School in Pompano Beach, Florida and the Artistic Director of Florida Classical Ballet. She is completely dedicated to teaching her students.
Ibis Montoto graduated from the National School of Arts and joined the world-renowned Cuban National Ballet in 1976. She earned her Bachelors degree in Arts at the University of Havana with a gold diploma specializing in Classical Ballet. She was ballet mistress with the Ballet of Goias State, Company Paulista of Dance and Special Company of Classical Dance, as well as serving as Assistant director of the Cuban Classical Ballet of Miami until 2010. Since 2006, Ms. Montoto has been teaching at the Art of Classical Ballet in Pompano Beach.

Allison is a passionate and driven professional ballet instructor who graduated Summa Cum Lauden from Lynn University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Beginning at the age of 13 she received the "National Trainee" scholarship from American Ballet Theater for three consecutive years. At 15 years old she became homeschooled and dedicated her life to ballet training under the prestigious Magaly Suarez at The Art of Classical Ballet. At 18 years old Allison was accepted to the international ballet competition known as Prix de Lausanne in Switzerland, where she received company position offers. Due to an injury, Allison chose to pursue a career in teaching ballet rather than dancing. To complement her ballet classes, she completed a 500-Hour Pilates training program and a Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT) certification. She began teaching dance privately and in local ballet studios in the South Florida area. Allison is an ABT® Certified Teacher, who has successfully completed the ABT® Teacher Training Intensive in Pre-Primary through Level 3 of the ABT® National Training Curriculum. She also has a passion for choreography, in which her pieces have placed 1st & 2nd in multiple ballet competitions in the US. She won the "Outstanding Choreographer" award at YAGP 2019. Through positivity and love, Allison's goal is to train dancers to become the ultimate Athletic Artist and be prepared for any professional experience they may encounter.

Monica Richardson-Delgado started her training at the age of three. A graduate of New World School of the Arts in Miami, she trained heavily in modern, ballet, and jazz. She had the opportunity to work abroad as lead dancer for Tokyo Disney Sea, in the show “ShowBiz Iz.” On the small screen, Monica has performed as a background dancer with recording artist Pitbull on Univision’s “Latin Pepsi Smash” and has performed with rapper Nelly and country music star John Rich on the CW ‘s “The Next”. Monica has danced in a national commercial for Rapid Advance and has performed and co choreographed with choreographer Jimmy Locust for recording artist Arika Kane in New York City’s BB Kings and artist Tbarz at the Essence Festival in 2019.Monica has choreographed and helped recreate several Broadway shows. She was associate choreographer for “In the Heights” at the Clock Tower in Irvington, NY and was choreographer of “Midsummer Night’s Dream” at American Heritage School. She recently choreographed the opening number for The Miami Marlin Mermaids 2020 season. Presently, Monica is on the dance faculty at North Broward Preparatory School in Coconut Creek ,Florida where she is educating the students in Modern, Ballet and Hip Hop. She continues her dream of performing, choreographing, and teaching master classes and being a part of community projects throughout the United States. She has also branched out into fashion and has launched an exclusive legging line “Moni Make Your Mark”. A line of unique and colorful patterns that express originality encouraging all individuals to be bold and confident in making their unique mark to share with the world.

The son of professional singers, Alberto Pujol, born in Havana on September 1, 1960. He began performing at the age of 10 on children's television programs and theaters, where he has developed a broad and versatile career. In addition to excelling in dramatic and comedic roles, he has also been the presenter and host of numerous national and international programs and events. He has participated as a composer in 16 music productions and has created orchestrations for commercials, television series, and theatrical shows. In 1999, he appeared in the series "Francisco el matemático." Later, in 2010, he took part in "Boleto al paraíso," followed by his participation in "La traicionera" in 2011. In 2012, he starred in "Rafael Orozco, el ídolo," where he portrayed Jacinto Cabello alongside Alejandro Palacio, Taliana Vargas, Mario Espitia, Maritza Rodríguez, among other stars. In 2013, he joined the cast of "Tres Caínes" and "Allá te es pero.”
